Gemma Strong receives 2019-2020 American Nuclear Society Undergraduate Scholarship

Gemma Strong, a senior in the Department of Nuclear Engineering, has received the 2019-2020 American Nuclear Society Undergraduate Scholarship. As stipulated in the conditions of the scholarship, the department chair presents the recipient with the honor and the check. Chuck Fleddermann, interim chair of nuclear engineering, presented her with the honor and the $2,000 check during one of her classes on September 6.
